Bilbohall - During the planning stage of the project our client asked us to provide a Passivhaus feasibility assessment of the design to identifying how best to improve the energy efficiency of the building types beyond compliance requirements and identify associated costs. The house types have been designed to have similar levels of glazing to front and back - allowing them to
